1. Go to Academics 
  2. Scheduling >Select  Requests and schedules >
  3. Filter on the preferred school & Year > Select Departments & courses
  4. Select Add Department
  5. Mark either Academic or Non-Academic
  6. Mark the School and Grade Levels the Department pertains to
  7. Choose a schedule preference (for use with Schedule Maker) 
  8. Choose whether or not you want to publish this department to the front end site
  9. Click Save & Close
Note: To view the Department, make sure Academic or Non-Academic is selected as appropriate under Type on the right-hand side (below the search bar).
