Validation Information for Last attempt and Validation message missing when Validate addresses (All Rows) receives warnings/exception in Constituent Address Update Batch.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Revenue > Batch Entry 2. Click Add, create a Constituent Address Update Batch 3. Enter two or more Constituents with improperly formatted Addresses 4. Click Validate Addresses (all rows), click OK for Validation complete pop-up 5. Note that the Validation has errors/warnings 6. Click Save and close 7. Commit the Batch 8. Access one of the Constituent records above 9. Go to the Contact tab 10. Under the Addresses section, click the Address that was in the Batch to open the Address records 11. Go to the Details tab 12. Observe that the Validation Information section does not contain data for Last attempt or Validation message, even though the address was validated in batch with a message received.
