1. Analysis > Select Manage Lists
  2. Select the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Select the List Templates tab
  4. From the Category drop down, select Grading
  5. Next to Selected Year Academic Grade Detail, select View/Copy
  6. Select the Filters tab.
  7. Under Object Filters, select the + to add a new filter.
  8. Select Grade Plan Grade.Grade Description for the Field.
  9. For the Condition, select Any of Final, Sem 1, Sem 2.
  10. Select OK.
  11. Select the arrows next to the School Year under Condition.> Select the preferred School Year .
  12. Select OK
  13. Save the new List
  14. Select Preview to view the Grades and Grade Description.
  15. Repeat steps 9-14 for any additional School Years if needed
