To create this Advanced List:
  1. Navigate to: Analysis> Manage Lists> Manage Basic and Advanced Lists
  2. Click 'Add> Create Advanced List'
  3. On the Select Objects Tab, select:
    • Constituent Information> User Base 
    • Admission> Candidate
    • Admission> Candidate Connection
  4. Navigate to the Display Fields tab
  5. Click 'Select Fields'
  6. Click the '+' to expand User Base
  7. Check the box next to:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  8. Click the '+' to expand Candidate
  9. Check the box next to:
    • Entering Grade
    • Entering Year
  10. Click the '+' to expand Candidate Connection
  11. Check the box next to:
    • Special Relationship
    • Name
    • Comment
  12. Click 'Select' to complete the dialogue
  13. Click 'Preview' at the bottom left to see all users that have information in the 'Candidate Connection' field


If you would like to see all candidates, regardless of whether this field is blank, in a given year:
  1. Navigate to the Select Objects tab
  2. In the right hand window, where your selected objects display, expand all objects by clicking the '+'
  3. Uncheck the 'Inner' box to the right of 'Candidate Connection'
  4. Navigate to the Filters tab
  5. Click on the long 'Field' box under 'Global Filters', and choose 'Candidate. Entering Year'
  6. Choose the Entering year(s) you would like to see candidates for. You can hold 'Ctrl' to pick more than one
  7. Click 'Select'
  8. Click 'Preview' at the bottom left to see the revised list
