In order for blocks to display in Special Day templates when they are applied to the Master Schedule, there must be a schedule set for that type of block. If Activities are showing blank blocks, make sure that you have an Activity Schedule Set created for that year in Academics.
  1. Go to Academics
  2. Select Scheduling > Schedule Outline 
  3. Select Schedule Sets
  4. Change the Group to Activities
  5. Choose the correct School Level
  6. If no Schedule Set exists, follow the steps in How do I create a new Schedule Set?
