There are some things to keep in mind when requesting an LO DEV refresh:
  • All refreshes should be requested 6-8 weeks prior to the date the refresh is needed
  • Your organization may request a maximum of two (2) LO DEV refreshes per calendar year
  • Support for non-production LO environments is available during Central Time (CST) business hours. Afterhours support is not available.
