Could not download transaction with ID "N". The error was: Unable to save batch row 1. Verify that the field FIRSTNAME is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid.

Sign Up Requests in Web Transactions show up as failed transactions with the error message Could not download transaction with ID "N". The error was:  Unable to save batch row 1.  Verify that the field FIRSTNAME is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid.

This occurs when there is no Constituent Update Batch template configured with the indicated fields. 

To configure this:

1. Access CRM > Web > Manage Web Transactions
2. Select the 'Batch Assignments' tab 
3. Add a batch assignment for Signups that uses a Constituent Update Batch with the fields specified. 

If you already have the correct batch type template assigned through batch assignments, you can also edit that template directly from the Failed Transactions tab with the "edit template" button.  

Steps to Duplicate

1. Use a Login Form part
2. Register as a new user
3. Download the Sign Up Request transaction in the Web Transactions page in CRM
4. Notice that the batch shows up in Failed Transactions with the aforementioned error message.
