Error: Oops! We are having problems connecting to the "on" products because the Connect RE application is not installed - when accessing the Connect Raiser's Edge plug-in for the first time

When accessing the Connect RE plug-in from the Raiser's Edge for the first time users may receive an error message indicating the Connect RE application is not installed. 

As a Connect RE Manager in the On Products:
1. Go to Core > Settings > Blackbaud connections > Connect RE
2. Click Edit
3. Mark the box to Enable Integration
4. Save
