If your organization hosts your own NetCommunity database - work with your database administrator to pull the the XML data for the unprocessed transaction.
If Blackbaud hosts your NetCommunity database - Click Chat with Support and reference this article. Please be prepared to share the following information with Support:
- Name of donor and date of transaction
Note: After the transaction is gathered and manually entered into the Raiser's Edge, go through the steps to prompt the error message again, and then click Yes to delete the transaction.
