Low availability message not showing on web forms

While reviewing your event registration web forms, you may notice that ticket threshold for low availability text does not show once ticket sales have surpassed if you are using responsive web forms.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this issue after confirming you have configured a low availability message, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

If you need to edit the Low Availability message for your event registration form, we can follow the steps below: 
  1. Navigate to Web > Manage Event Registration Forms
  2. Click drop down next to event and select Options
  3. Navigate to the Language Tab
  4. Filter on the Category Event details
  5. Next to Low availability enter your text
    • Note: If you would like to show the number of tickets remaining. We can insert the field {0} for this number to populate
  6. Save

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click web > manage event registration forms
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to the event and click the options button
  3. Set your threshold for low ticket availability
  4. Click on the language tab and change the category to event details
  5. Make sure you have text for the low availability message by performing the following:
    1. Navigate to Web>Manage Event Registration Forms
    2. Click drop down next to event and select Options
    3. Click Language and underneath Category select Event details
    4. Next to Low availability enter your text and Save
