First, ensure the email did not launch by checking the Delivery Report.
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click eTapestry Standard Reports
  3. Click Delivery Report
If there is a Mailing ID that corresponds with the date and time that you sent the email, then the email was sent to your recipients so you do not need to launch another mass email. If there is not a Mailing ID that corresponds with the date and time that you sent the email, the email was not sent and you can try to send the Advanced Mass Email again.

If you receive a failure again after retrying the email, please contact support and provide this article ID to reference your issue. Be prepared to provide the following information about your mass email:
  1. Communications template name
  2. Query name
  3. Was the email scheduled? If so, what time?
