When running a monthly R68 gift aid claim the associated R68 report returns a blank row at the top of the report even though there are no blank entries in the submission file to HMRC.
Download and install the latest service pack, which contains all fixes from previous service packs. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the service pack.

1. Go to Revenue 2. Click on R68 task 3. Click on _R68_DirectDebit_03 4. Click ‘View R68 report’ button
Notice the blank entry on the first row of the report.
