Free lifetime membership still requires a credit card in BBIS membership form page

Registering for a free annual membership in BBIS does not require a user to enter credit card information on a Payment 2.0 page. However, you might notice that a free lifetime membership will not allow you to bypass the credit card processing page when signing up.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a free annual membership in CRM.
2. Create a free lifetime membership in CRM.
3. Create a membership form in BBIS that includes the free lifetime membership and free annual membership from CRM.
4. Put the membership form on a blank page for testing in BBIS. Then use that page to register for the free annual membership. Next, use the page again to register for the free lifetime membership.
5. Notice that when you select the free annual membership, it does not require you to enter a credit card.
6. Notice that when you select the free lifetime membership, it requires you to enter credit card information on the payment page.
