Email address field is blank when viewing a NetCommunity email list

When viewing a constituent email list in NetCommunity there may be names listed without a corresponding email address. The email address is present on the constituent record and matches the the email type specified in sites and settings. 
This issue was resolved in the latest version of Blackbaud NetCommunity.

If you are not on the latest version:
  1. Open the constituent record in Raiser's Edge.
    • On the telephone numbers tab, links, fax numbers and others tabs, search for a row where that contains the phone type, but not value is entered for number. Add a number or remove the entry and then refresh the list in NetCommunity.
    • On the email address tab, confirm if a blank or inactive email address of the same type is listed as the valid email address. Either delete the inactive email address or change its email type.
  2. Refresh the list in NetCommunity
  3. The email address will now populate for the list.
