The System Group Manager role was used with Podium to manage content and publish content to certain roles.
This role has been deprecated and currently does not have any functions outside of giving the user limited access to some reports and forms. Most of the functionality has been replaced by the various Group Manager roles for onCampus, and these should be used in its place.
