Luminate assigns a reputation score to each site, which determines the IP addresses your site will send from. The reputation score is calculated based on the number of reported spam complaints, compared to your total emails sent. Your spam score can be seen at the top-right corner of the Luminate Online administrative interface (e.g Email Complaints: 0.0196%). For the latest and most accurate information, please visit our email resource center.

An important thing to note is that Email Providers (like Gmail and Yahoo) put more weight on domain reputation. IP reputation is less important than domain reputation and is only one of many factors in determining your overall sender reputation with any specific email provider.
