CRM/LO Sync restriction or CRM registrant limitation

Summary of Issue:  A person has purchased 160 "tickets" via the Luminate Online calendar event, but when it is pulled into CRM by the CRM\LO sync it's getting a "Quantity" error.  
Error: The value for 'Quantity' cannot be greater than 99
 
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1. Go to Events > Add new event 
2. Click options tab > Add registration option > Registration type = Adult
    a. Registration count =1
    b. Registration fee = 100.00
3. Go to Batch > add new batch > Event Registration Batch Basic
    a. Add created event , any registrant, choose adult option, put in quantity greater than 99, see error
