Incorrect address format when using Data scrubbing in Connect RE

Users reports incorrect formatting when using the Data scrubbing options in the Connect RE integration.

We have evaluated this issue and determined the data scrubbing feature of the integration is functioning as designed. The functionality of data scrubbing does not have the ability to exclude specific scenarios. Alternate workaround:
1. Turn off data scrubbing in the integration
2. Process the update and manually update the RE record

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Raiser's Edge and launch the Connect RE integration
2. Select the gear icon to open Settings
3. Mark the checkbox to Clean up our address abbreviations and select the Spell out abbreviations button
4. Process a constituent record with address lines such as "123 St. James St."
5. Navigate to the Raiser's Edge record and verify the address record now displays as "123 Street James Street"
