If you have not sold tickets to your program, we can undo the last schedule.
  1. From Tickets, click Program Search.
  2. Search and open the Program Record.
  3. Under Tasks, click Undo Last Schedule. A confirmation screen appears.
  4. To proceed with the undo, click Yes. Any events that were scheduled or conflicts generated during the last run are removed.

If you only need to delete specific events and not every event that you scheduled, you can choose which events to delete.  Again, we cannot delete events that have tickets sold to them.
  1. From Tickets, click Program Search.
  2. Search and open the Program Record.
  3. Go to the Event List tab.
  4. Mark the checkboxes next to each event that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. You will receive a message "If events have tickets sold or reserved, they cannot be deleted.  Do you want to delete all other selected events?"  If you have selected the correct events, click Yes.
