There are two ways to delete a Learning Profile as a Learning Profile Manager:
  1. Navigate to onRecord > Approval > Learning Profiles
  2. Filter for your Learning Profile using the School Year, School Level, and Status options (if you're not sure of the status, select All)
  3. Filter for a date range, and the number of student results you want to see per page
  4. Click View to update the results
  5. Click Review to the far right of the Student/Learning Profile you want to remove
  6. Click Delete in the upper right corner
  7. Click OK to confirm deletion
OR, if the Learning Profile is still Pending, you can delete from the Manage Learning Profiles task:
  1. Navigate to onRecord > Procedures > Learning Profiles
  2. Filter for your Learning Profile using the School Year, School Level, Grade Level
  3. Select Pending from the Status
  4. Filter for the number of student results you want to see per page
  5. Click View to update the results
  6. Click Edit to the far right of the Student/Learning Profile you want to remove
  7. Click Delete in the upper right corner
  8. Click OK to confirm deletion
NOTE: If the Learning Profile Form has been marked Inactive, you need to make it Active in order to see it on the Manage Learning Profiles screen.
