Along the right hand side of a student's profile page, there is a section to view their Learning Profiles. In order to see these, a user needs to have either the Learning Profile Manager or Learning Profile Staff role. If the user still cannot see a list of Learning Profiles, it is possible the Access has not been set up yet. You will need a Platform Manager to grant the access.

In order to turn on the access to view a list of Learning Profiles:

  1. Go to Core > Users > Edit User Profile Data
  2. Search for the user > click on the name
  3. Scroll down to System Information and select Role Membership
  4. Click on Edit
  5. Mark Learning Profile Manager and Learning Profile Staff under the Report column and View Column.
  6. Click Save & Exit.
