This error happens when you go to the Document Template Manager and select and open either an email or printed template
This usually happens when not all templates were migrated over to GIFTS Online and are not located on the GO server. Please contact BlackBaud technical support at 877.704.3343 or create a case in CaseCentral with document error.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Open and login into your GIFTS Online Document Template Manager 2. Go to any Event and select and Open template and the following error populates:
