A grantee of ours keeps getting “Saved Draft” application emails for another organization. We are unsure why this is happening. We have no past history or have received a grant application from this other organization. How could this occur?
In events such as these, we ask that you please contact Blackbaud Customer Support as soon as you are able at 877-704-3343 from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST.
What we can advise is that someone may be using the affected grantee's portal account to log these Applications for the unrelated Organization. We suggest having the affected grantee change their portal password to their grantee account ASAP and keep the password secure to prevent this from reoccurring.
