I have a contact in GIFTS Online and this contact is/was associated with a GIFTS Online user. I'm trying to change the email address on this contact record but I am unable to do so, as the field is read only. How can I edit this contact's email address?
Since these contacts are associated with GIFTS Online users, any changes to these contact records will have to be made by Blackbaud Customer Support. Please submit a case to Blackbaud Customer Support by calling 877.704.3343 or via the PowerME tab on Community.
