State or Title is missing from donation form

When donors access a donation, event or membership form, they do not see their State or the Title for their name in the drop-down choices.
  1. Confirm the table entry (for either State or Title is active in Config> Tables):
  • Go to Config> Tables
  • Select the appropriate table (e.g., State or Titles)
  • Confirm the table entry is listed and NOT marked Inactive - if not listed, click to add New table entry and enter the new entry
  1. Update the settings in Online Express:
  • Access Online Express as a user with supervisor rights
  • Select Account> Integration Options
  • On the General section, select States (or Titles)

  • Click OK to save changes
