Once a school changes their Current School year to 2017-2018, for example, the exports will look to 2018-2019 for information. Because schools are not yet collecting information in 2018-2019, the exports may be missing some key information and appear blank:
  • Date Returned Column on the enrollment spreadsheet
  • The Payment and Billing exports

Make sure you have finished gathering information from the Smart Tuition Spreadsheet Exports before changing the Current School Year. If you have already changed the Current School Year and still need to extract correct Smart Tuition Spreadsheet Exports, you can go to Case Central and open a new ticket and request for a specific school year the exports needed.
