On a specific record a smart field value field does not populate. The smart field does appear on the record, however the value field that should populate with the date of the Smart field does not populate, even though it does for other records.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to the admiration functional area, and click smart fields. 2. locate the smart field process. 3. Run the process. 4. Go to a corresponding constituent record . 5. Click the smart fields tab. 6. Note the smart field value field is empty.
