After downloading and installing Online Express, I do not see it within The Raiser's Edge. Other users on this workstation login to The Raiser's Edge and they see Online Express.
Unless specified within Online Express, only users with Supervisor rights have access to Online Express from within The Raiser's Edge.
To change this, a user with Supervisor rights should do the following: 1. Login to The Raiser's Edge as a user with Supervisor rights on a workstation that has Online Express installed 2. Go to Online Express 3. Select Account in the upper section of the window 4. Select Integration Options in the drop down list 5. Select Security on the left pane 6. Mark each security group that should have access to Online Express 7. Click OK 8. Click out of Online Express and then File>Exit and Sign Out of The Raiser's Edge
Users in the other security groups will have access to Online Express when they login to The Raiser's Edge again from a workstation that has Online Express plugin installed.
