Users may notice that they received the money for a transaction in Online Express (OLX), however they may find the transaction is not in OLX in anyway. Users may receive a notification for a donation but do not see the transaction available to download.
If your organization has Events and/or Memberships for Online Express, you must click those specific tabs to locate transactions of those types. If your organization is using Transaction Assignments within Online Express, you may not have transactions assigned to you to download.
This can sometimes be caused by bad form data, or an internal flag being triggered in the merchant account. If none of the above apply, please click chat with support to have us investigate.
