Before generating schedules or making changes to scheduling data, schools using Schedule Maker have the option to create a Scheduling Snapshot. These snapshots will save scheduling data, and can be restored if changes need to be undone or additional changes need to be made. Scheduling snapshots cannot be restored if attendance or grades have been recorded.
When a snapshot is created by Generate Master Schedule or Generate Student Schedule, the "created by" name is blank. If the user creates a snapshot the value is populated.
