When opening exported PDF reports in Adobe Reader, the option to Save from the File menu may be grayed out. A recent change to Adobe Reader is preventing PDF's from saving when opened directly from a browser or application.
Rather than exporting the report to open in the Adobe Reader application, export the report to your workstations files folder and open the PDF from the saved location by completing the following steps:
1. From the Report preview in Financial Edge, click the Export icon 2. Select Acrobat Format (PDF) from the Format dropdown menu 3. Select Disk file from the Destination dropdown menu 4. Click OK 5. Select your page range from the Export Options window and click OK 6. Choose the file location you would like to save your report to and click Save 7. Navigate to the location you saved your file to and open your saved file
