1. If the account is locked out from entering the incorrect password, you may not receive an email to reset the password. Have a System Role Administrator unlock the account OR wait 30 minutes for the account to unlock automatically.
  2. If the email you entered does not match the email associated with your Altru account, you will not receive a reset password email. Have an administrator verify and edit your email address in Altru.
  3. If your account is not locked and your email matches that on your Altru account, verify these IP addresses are white listed on your email servers and network appliances.
