Membership parts are not appearing when I am trying to create a new Email Notification for Memberships

You want to add Membership parts to a new notification email however you do not see any Membership parts appearing, you only see donation or event parts.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to NetCommunity
2. Go to Emails > Notifications
3. 
Click on the New Notifications button
4. Select either Constituent or Staff Notification
5. Observe that it will show Event and Donation parts and not Membership
