- Try opening your email in a different browser.
- If needed, chat with an analyst and forward your transcript to the analyst to see if he/she can read it.
- Advise the analyst if this always happens with chat transcripts or if this is a first time issue.
- If the analyst can read the email, there is an issue with your browser and you'll need to check with your IT department.
