Invalid Accounts missing Bounce Information

When viewing email addresses listed under Invalid Accounts, the bounce detail information is missing. 
This behavior has been resolved in NetCommunity 7.1.172. Emails added to Invalid Accounts after this release should have bounce information. The change made is not retroactive and will not populate bounce information for email addresses under Invalid Accounts that were affected during the behavior. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. Navigate to Email>Invalid Accounts
  3. Click the Pencil icon next to an email address
  • Note: no bounce information is listed
