Duplicate values for Membership Subcategory

Some users may notice duplicate values in the Subcategory dropdown on a membership record in the Raiser's Edge. This issue can occur when the Table Cleanup option in Configuration, Tables is used to combine multiple subcategory values into a new value. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to config, tables.
2. In the Show field select Memberships.
3. Highlight on the left the table for Membership Subcategories.
4. Click on the Table Cleanup Wizard option.
5. Under Membership Subcategories to be replaced select College, High School, and Elementary.
6. In the Replace With field enter All Schools.
7. Mark the option to delete table entries.
8. Click Replace Now, Okay, Okay.
9. Go to Records, Constituent, Open a Constituent.
10. In the search window for last name enter Hern and click Find Now, Open.
11. Go to the Membership Tab and click New Membership.
12. For the Program select Young Maestros.
13. For the Category select Young Explorers.
14. For the Subcategories you will see All Schools listed three times.
