To adjust when the What to do next? steps are displayed in the participant center, you can change the value of the the number of days when this information will appear.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Enter the name of the TeamRaiser event in question
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit under the Actions column
  5. Click Select Event Options on the left hand navigation pane
  6. Under Related Actions on the left hand navigation pane, click Edit Advanced Options
  7. Click Configure Participant Center Override Options on the left hand navigation pane
  8. Under Override Settings for the Selected Participant Center Configuration in this TeamRaiser, mark the checkbox for 'Yes, override the current Participant Center settings with the values defined below
  9. The Suggestion Box - Display options will appear for
    1. Update Personal Page Suggestion Override for this TeamRaiser
    2. Send Email Suggestion Override for this TeamRaiser
    3. Update Goal Suggestion for this TeamRaiser
    4. Add Contacts to Address Book Suggestion for this TeamRaiser
  10. Enter a value in each box for when the suggestions appear*
  11. Click Save
*If you do not wish for these suggestions to appear at all, set these values so high that they will not be reached.
