FIMS users are experiencing slowness and connectivity problems when opening FIMS initially for the first time in the morning. When clicking in the FIMS icon, nothing happens for 5-20 minutes. It tends to vary from time to time.
This seems to have been caused by anti-virus/malware software scanning the NPO folder. After making an exception for the NPO shared folder FIMS was able to launch normally without delay for the affected users.
