Recognition credits are not being created when adding a payment on a constituent record.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Login to CRM. 2. Go to a constituent record. 4. Note that the Recognition area of the payment wizard reflects a recognition will be created. 5. Navigate to the constituent record you added the payment two. 6. Go to the revenue tab. 7. Click the Recogntion tab. 8. Note the added payment/recognition does not appear.
