I have just been migrated to GIFTS Online and some of my fields did not make the trip from my installed version. Is it possible to restore these fields?
The reason some of your fields may be missing in GIFTS Online is due to differences between the programs. In very rare cases, it may also be true that the field was considered obsolete in the online version as opposed to the older, installed version. If you feel that one of the fields that has gone "missing" needs to be restored, we encourage you to navigate to https://community.blackbaud.com and enter an Idea through our Ideas portal. This way, you can begin a direct dialogue with our Product Developers.
