Event registration doesn't capture Address/Phone in Batch or Transaction table

Event registration transactions created by the event registration form (not the "classic" version) are not capturing the address/phone data that's entered in the payment page if the "use as billing address" checkbox is checked. The address and phone data are not captured in the CRM/BBIS transaction table, and do not appear in the event registration batch.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to an event with a new registration form

2. Fill out form, select a price types on the first page

3. Make sure 'use this address for all registrants' is checked

4. Check the 'use this as my billing address' checkbox for a registrant.

5. Fill out the rest of the information and continue

6. Go to web transactions in CRM and download the new registration.

7. Open the associated batch and notice the Address and Phone information is missing.
