1. From Marketing and Communications, Click Acknowledgements
  2. Click the arrow to the left of the letter you are looking to update, Click Edit
  3. In the 'Select recipient information to use to personalize your letter' section, Click Edit
  4. On the left Expand Constituent Marketing Information, Expand Constituent, and click the guest Passes node on the left
  5. From the middle move Issue Date to Selected Fields
  6. In the apply criteria box, enter the following information:
    1. Number to export
    2. Order by - If you would like to output information about the most recent guest passes added choose Issue date in the drop down and mark the radio button to sort descending
    3. Filter - select any additional filters

  7. From the middle move Number Issued to Selected Fields

  8. Click Save and Close
  9. If you are merging these letters in Altru, in the 'Write your letter's content' section, Click Edit to add the appropriate fields to your letter
    • Note if you are not merging your letters in Altru, skip to step 11
  10. Add the new guest passes fields, Click Ok
  11. Click Next 
  12. Click Finish and Close
