When entering constituent information into a Constituent Batch and receiving notification that the constituent might be a duplicate, you might notice that the Duplicate record check form is missing constituent address information for the possible match.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Open a Constituent Batch 2. Enter information matching that of an existing record 3. Click Validate 4. Notice that the exception appears indicating that the record might be a duplicate 5. Open the Duplicate record check form and notice that the Address, City, State, and Zip Code fields for the possible match show as blank. 6) Go to the existing constituent's record and notice that the record has an address.
