To create custom text fields:

  1. From the persona menu, select onBoard
  2. Select Admissions Options under Settings
  3. Check Publish and enter text field
  4. Select Save & Exit

To create custom date fields:

  1. From the persona menu, select onBoard
  2. Select Admissions Options under Settings
  3. Check Publish and enter date field
  4. Select Save & Exit

To create custom defined fields:

  1. From the persona menu, select onBoard
  2. Select Admissions Options under Settings
  3. Check Publish and enter the field name
  4. Click Create Values and enter the number of values to add
  5. Enter each value name
  6. Select Save & Exit
To add the fields to the application:
  1. From the persona menu, select onBoard.
  2. Select Application Forms under Settings.
  3. Click Create New Application Form or Edit an existing Application Form
  4. Click Save.
  5. To edit the application form, click on the name of the form.
  6. Drag the Custom Candidate Fields block from the menu on the left on to the Region on the right.
  7. Click Preview Application to view the application form in a new browser window.
