This can be corrected through the block settings of Household Block on the Inquiry Form.

As an Admissions Manager navigate to:
  1.  Enrollment Management > Admissions setup > Inquiry forms
  2. Go to the area that contains the Household Block
  3. Edit the inquiry form
  4. Navigate to the Household Block
  5. Click on Block Settings
  6. Add in a Block Name
  7. Click on Save
