If a user has already set their email address in Altru, is there a way for an admin to update the email address associated with the user's Altru account? Can only a user change their own email? I need to edit a user's Altru email address. I need to edit the email address of a colleague.
To edit another user's email address, you will need to have the following system roles in Altru: System Role Administrator and Prospect Research Manager. Once you have these system roles, please follow the below steps to update the user's email:
Navigate to Administration> Application Users
Click drop down next to user's name and select Edit email address
