Click Count in BBIS Honeycomb Report shows different value than Message clicks export

When looking at an Email Report in BBIS, you might notice that the number of clicks shown in the Honeycomb is different than the number shown when opening the Message clicks window.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Login to BBIS and navigate to Email > Messages > Select an email message
2) In the Honeycomb Report, notice that the number of clicks shows one value
3) Open the message clicks window
4) Notice that the number of message clicks in that window/the exported csv is different than the value shown in the report.
