After a user and a guest register for an event through BBIS and the guest registrant is automatched to an existing constituent, you might notice that the guest's Biographical information disappears after the guest data is changed from Linked Constituent to New Constituent.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Register a user and a guest for an event in BBIS. Make sure the guest information is identical to an existing constituent so that it automatches and links to the existing constituent. 2) Download the transaction in CRM. 3) Go to Review transaction details > Guests tab 4) In the Guest's Registrant field, change the value from Linked Constituent to New Constituent. 5) Click View guests details and notice that the Biographical information is now blank.
