1. Go to Analysis > KPI Dashboard > Manage KPIs
2. Click Add and expand Constituent
3. Select Percentage of constituents
4. On the General tab, name your KPI
5. On the Criteria tab, click the magnifying glass next to the field under "Calculate the number of constituents in this selection"
6. Click Add > Ad hoc query on the dialog box that comes up
7. Select a view of Constituents
8. Create your query of constituents missing information on their record
1.Go to the node for your information on the far left
  • For Email Addresses, use the Email Address node
  • For Addresses use the Addresses node (Use Addresses(Primary) for primary addresses only)
  • For Phone numbers use the Phone node
  • For Birthdays, use the Constituent node
2. In the center box, drag either Email AddressAddress, or Number to the upper right box
3. set this criteria to Blank
 
9. Click the Set Save Options tab, name your query and Save
10. Click the magnifying glass next to the field under "as a percentage of the number of constituents in this selection:"
11. Click Add > Ad hoc query on the dialog box that comes up
12. Select a view of Constituents
13. Click the Set Save Options tab, name your query and Save
14. Click the Goal tab and set any goals or milestones you'd like to see
15. Click the History tab and select Archive all values
16. Click Save
