To setup a Current Admissions Year and remove this error, navigate to:
  1. Core > School > Years & Terms
  2. Choose the appropriate current admissions year for your school from the selected year dropdown
  3. Click Edit
  4. Select Yes for Current Admissions Year
  5. Save & Close
Next, you'll want to confirm the correct entering year has been added to the student in their event registration registry. To check this, navigate to:
  1. onBoard > Settings > Event Registration
  2. Edit the appropriate event registration form
  3. Click Registries
  4. Click on the student you couldn't process
  5. Make sure the entering year is correct
  6. Save & Exit
Navigate to onBoard > Process > Event Registrations and process the registration form
